1. Introduction

Welcome to Sentia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sentia application and any related services ("Services").

In these Terms, "we," "our," or "us" refers to SIR PATRYK PEAS. By accessing or using Sentia, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Sentia application.
• Services: The features and functionalities offered by Sentia.
• Content: Any text, graphics, logos, software, or other materials available within the app.
• Subscription: A paid plan that grants access to premium features within Sentia.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sentia. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. Registration requires an email address and password, and acceptance of these Terms. You may also optionally provide profile details such as your name, username, and birth information (date, time, and place of birth) to enable astrology and numerology features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and agree not to share your login credentials with others.

To protect the integrity of generated readings, profile details (including birth information) may be limited to a small number of updates per day.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Sentia are available through a paid subscription. Payments and billing are processed exclusively by our third-party payment provider, Stripe, Inc., and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. All billing information (including payment card details) is collected and held by Stripe; we do not collect, process, or store your payment card information. We only retain a Stripe customer reference and the status of your subscription.

5.1 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain premium access until that date.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Sentia responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with Sentia's functionality.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to access the accounts of other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within Sentia, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SIR PATRYK PEAS or its licensors and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.1 Third-Party Graphics and Assets

Some graphics and icons used within Sentia are sourced from third-party providers, including Freepik and other external sources. These assets remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and are used in compliance with their licensing terms.

8. Third-Party Services

Sentia relies on third-party services to operate, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and data storage), Google (analytics and location autocomplete), and Vercel (hosting and performance analytics). Sentia may also contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentia and SIR PATRYK PEAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIR PATRYK PEAS and its licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Services.
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through Sentia.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sentia provides the Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Services. Astrology, numerology, and related content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Your use of Sentia is at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or other reasonable means. Your continued use of Sentia after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sentia at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior deemed harmful to the Services or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings; deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and generated profiles, as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
